How does the emergency alert work?
On installation a pre-recorded announcement is set up. Depending on your specific site requirements this can be triggered by an emergency push button or by a key on a system desk phone. You can have as many emergency buttons and phones in different locations throughout your site as required.
Can we add our own messages and alerts?
Your system will come with a range of pre-installed messages. You can simply add new messages and alert tones via the web browser and select when and how these are triggered.
How easy is the JB-EYE side audio system to manage?
JB-EYE side audio software has been specifically developed to provide easy set up and management. With access via web browser no specific additional hardware is required. In many situations the system will run without need to make changes on a day to day basis. For more complex requirements the system offers powerful functionality that can be used as and when its required without affecting the simple day to day management.
