New Installation
From the initial consultation to discuss your requirements right through to commissioning, handover and provision of NSI Gold certificate your dedicated JB-EYE team will simplify the process of installing a new system. Providing easy to read full system quotations, simple paperwork and electronic contracts we can make choosing and agreeing a new system straightforward. Our independently audited engineers will ensure disruption is minimised and systems are installed to the highest industry standards.
Remote Viewing
Remote viewing can be provided via android, iPad and iPhone applications as well as through a standard web browser and pc/mac software as required. Integrated help pages allow simple use of the system and downloading footage can be achieved quickly and easily.
Maintenance
All JB-EYE cctv system contracts include one NSI approved routine service visit per annum. Our industry trained engineers carry out a comprehensive service of your system including:
- Checking the system meets its as-fitted specification
- Checking all visible cabling and fixings
- Cleaning all camera housings
- Checking correct operation of recording and playback
- Checking connection to monitoring station (monitored systems only)
Monitoring
We can provide offsite monitoring of your cctv system. Remote operators will be notified when activity occurs on your sites and can quickly access your cameras and see if further action is required. This could be notification to your key holding or security guarding company or the police in the event of attempted break in or vandalism.

How long will my CCTV keep recordings for?
All JB-EYE cctv systems provide a minimum of 14 days recording as standard. Options are available to increase the storage through larger disk drives. To meet compliance where required JB-EYE CCTV systems can be programmed to only store recordings for a certain number of days.
How easy is to retrieve CCTV footage?
Footage can be retrieved directly from the CCTV control unit with readily available USB drives or can be downloaded via web browser, phone and tablet app or windows/mac management software as required.
How quickly can i get support for an issue?
Office support is available 0900 – 1630 Monday to Friday, in many cases simple issues can be resolved over the phone or by email. Our advanced systems allow us to remotely connect and diagnose problems in many cases removing the need for you to wait for an engineer to attend site. Out of normal working hours our emergency on call engineers can provide assistance and call outs to site where necessary.
